Inspecting Uniden BC-VUP 3.03

If you are interested to know how Uniden scanners firmware update tool works.
Uniden radioscanners update tool BC-VUP 3.03 is .NET 4.0 application.
dotPeek can export it to Visual Studio project. Visual Studio requests to upgrade it to .NET 4.8 because .NET 4.0 is no more supported, just accept the conversion to .NET 4.8.
